3. Products and Orders

All products listed on our webshop are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or stock availability.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer several payment methods, including:

• Bank Transfer
• In-Store Payment upon Pickup

Orders must be paid in full before shipment, unless you choose the “Pick Up & Pay in Store” option.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping method.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

6. In-Store Pickup

If you select “Pick Up & Pay in Store”, no shipping fees apply. Your order will be available for collection at our physical store. Please bring your order confirmation and valid ID when collecting.

7. Returns and Refunds

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@hockeyshopheiloo.nl. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

8. Liability

Hockeyshopheiloo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

Your privacy is important to us. Personal information is used solely for order processing, communication, and service improvement.
